Relative to the type of student loan you have (it will either be Federal or Private), please refer to the contact information below to reach the servicer that manages your loan information:
• If your loan is FEDERAL (FFELP), your servicer is AES (American Education Services).
• If your loan is PRIVATE, your servicer is either AES or MOHELA.
